Can anybody give me any tips how to connect my 3650 to my PC using an MBus
lead. At the present moment it either locks the phone, has no affect on the
phone or the phone thinks that it has a set of headphones plugged in (I get
all those effects from changing the coms port configuration).

I have tried OxygenII but as far as I can see it's not compatable with the
    symbian OS on the phone...

Clues would be greatly appreciated as IR is a bit of pain (yes it does
    connect via IR)...

    Thank you for your request!

Unfortunately, M-Bus cable for this phone doesn't suit for the data
synchronization purposes: you can use it for service needs only. If
you wish to synchronize this phone's data with PC you will need IR
transceiver or Bluetooth adaptor and special data synchronization
software- Oxygen Phone Manager for Symbian OS phones, for example (
    http://www.opm-2.com/symbian ).

If you will have any further questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

All well & good but your software won't connect to my phone even after
downloading & running your IR patch...... The Nokia PC suite does.......
