You can make your own ringtones out of regular audio CDs, WAV and MP3
files, and even AVIs (audio only that is). You can mix several songs
together or add your own voice to the ringtone.

The software works with most of newer Nokia phones such as 3650 (the video
phone) or N-Gage, 7650, etc. Basically all Symbian based Nokias or any
phone that can utilize WAV as ringtones should be ok.

This app will scan and rip CDs, open auio files (MP3, WAV, VOX, OGG, AVI
and more), will let you mix them together, let you add your voice and send
it on its way to the phone.
