ACP-9 charger with 8310 - OK?

Has anyone been using an ACP-9 on an 8310 or 8210 for a while?

Nokia's spec for the 8310 mentions only the standard ACP-7 and the
fast ACP-8.

The 8310 will charge using the ACP-9 but will this cause damage due
to the ACP-9 is delivering the charge at a rate which the phone can't
handle? (The ACP-9 has a third connector on its jack plug which I
don't think the 8310 uses.)

Be useful to know if the ACP-9 is ok with the 8310 (or 8210).

How long does the ACP-12 take to charge up your 8310?

Does the 8310 have the standard Nokia (BLB-2) battery?
