no. plus you wouldnt want to the battery drain would be too much if the
clock dint come on.

I detest the digital clock screen saver on the 8910i.
The 8910 had a much nicer analogue version - is it possible to get that onto
the 8910i?

Not ging to happen. Live with it or buy a new nokia like the 6600 or the S.E
P900...

No plans to buy anything at the moment, so I will put up with it .. anyway,
its a small price to pay for such an exquisite phone <s>.
