Hi All
I have been locked out of my 9210!! i can get the PDA part of it up and
running but the phone side of it is asking me for a lock code???????
I have never entered any type of code and want to know if there is anyway to
restore all of the phones default settings without having to send it away,
is there an internal back up battery/ reset button that can be disconected/
pushed to restart everything or have i got a costly bill heading my way?
TIA
Paul

Why? A decent unlocker could probably sort it for £10 or so.

its not that easy but i suppose it can be done - the 9210 security code
(v4.13 phone) cant be read with logomanager 1.29 using official cable or the
3rd party logomanager compatible cable ...hmm...

Can anyone suggest what Paul would do here? If he had a data cable, could
he simply upgrade the firmware or would that not touch the lock? And where
would he get said software?

See manual re simlock due to change of sim card. Require previous simcard to
take of lock or code from previous owner (he probably does not know it wass
activated)

Yup. A friend of mine bought this from a mate whose son had locked the
phone. The mate cannot remember the code and sold it to my friend at a
bargain price
All I need to know is if the F&M Bus cable with a PS2 adaptor for a 9210,
and the appropriate software, can unlock the phone?
I'm using XP which I know isn't suitable for some apps, so I also need to
know if I need to use a older OS?
TIA
