New Messaging Screen?

I hardly go to the messaging screen in Vision, but did today. It seems like
there are some changes on this screen since the last time I was on it. I
don't remember PC Business Connection PE or EE being available,Is this a new
menu of options, or at least a recent change?

The redid all the vision menu pages a little while ago.
