I am not sure where to post this. This problem is related to a Sanyo Solo Mobile Phone; however, there seems not a forum for it, and since Solo is part of Bell's company, I'll post here x.x If it's in the wrong place please move it, but for now, I've a crisis:

I have two problems with my Sanyo Solo Mobile phone. It's an older model, but it was working 100% until a few days ago when I was expecting an incoming call. I was waiting for quite a while for the call to come in, but the phone never rang; however, when I picked it up and read the display, it said that I had missed a call from the person I was expecting a call from. I checked to make sure the volume was on max (level 4 + vibrate), and sure enough, it was, which was confusing. I then spoke to my friend later on, and he assured me he had called at least 4 times that same night within 20min, but my phone didn't show any display of missed calls except for that one time at 23:09. We thought maybe the time was the issue, but when we tried again the following day, still nothing happened; this time it didn't say once that he called, and he did it three times.

The other issue I'm having is that I pay approximately 14$ total a month for activation and unlimited Internet, but it seems 1.5-2 weeks before I'm due to pay again (it's Pay As You Go, so Bell just takes it off of my phone balance), the Internet is removed and I receive an error. At the top of the screen, it shows the blue box with "1x" in it. This has happened on numerous occasions, and I frankly am not pleased about it at all. I pay to have that Internet there for a certain period of time; I don't pay for it to be removed before its time.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my phone on both of these accounts? Any help would be greatly appreciated ^^
