I bought a pair of Motorola hT820 bluetooth stereo heaphones. I paired them with my LG decoy. So I can use my phone as a mp3 player. It paired up nicely. But when I play a song it comes through the headphones and sounds great but after one song plays the headphones shut off. And then the next song starts playing from the cell phone. So I have to turn the headphones back on and once again as soon as one song is done it shuts off. I couldn't find anything on the net that somebody else had this same problem. I thought maybe it was my phone so I paired the headset to another phone I have and the same problem occurs. So it's not the phone. It doesen't matter if the song is 2 minutes or 15 minutes. When the song is over it shuts off. I called motorola but they weren't much help. Please please any help would be appreciated. Thanks

i would try taking them back and getting the LG stereo bluetooth headphones. they might work better; if not then i would take ur phone in and let them look at it. something may be being done incorrectly with the pairing or in settings.

Re: I will pay somebody if they can fix this problem

I too have this *exact* same issue.
Its with a Motorola V9m phone and a Plantronics Pulsar 590A headset.

Plays one song and then de-pairs and then music plays out the spkr of the phone.

The only work around I have found is to pair the headset, then start the player and background it. If you close the flip on the phone, when the song ends, the headset depairs and music plays out the spkr.

I have swapped the V9M out for a brand new one.
I have swapped the 590A out for a brand new one.

I feel I know what I am doing, and do not see this issue when making/receiving calls - only during MP3 playing.

There must be a fix here. I called Motorola and the girl in INDIA had no clue what I was talking about and Plantronics told me it's likely a motorola issue.

I also disabled all power savings. Still no help.

What is the fix here? - Buy an iPod instead?
