Definitly new cars. There are a few very nice older cars but fining one with low mileage and working well is next to impossible. Newer cars are just flat out better when it comes to the technology (maybe not looks) and upgradability.

    As previous posts have stated:

Performance: Muscle cars are good for straight line performance. They look nice (when well kept). Easy to work on. Newer cars have better handling. Now if we are talking about the AMG version of the Mercedes or ///M version of the BMW, straight line performance is excellent along with handling. Exotics are another example of good straight line performance with excellent handlling. I am not including any modified rice burners b/c any car can be modified.

Looks: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I, for one, like any well-kept car. I have seen some really well-kept muscle cars, some not-so-well kept new cars, and vise versa. It all depends on one's tastes.

Sound: Once again, muscle cars (when well kept) sound great as does some of the exotics / higher priced sport-luxury models of some manufacturers. I will not include rice burners with "fart-cans" b/c I believe they all sound fake.

    This is just my observation.

i would say old muscle cars.. i prefer a 73 nova SS or a 69 comaro SS.. what it all comes down to is which parts cost more..lol.. newer cars of course.. and new cars are alot mor difficult to figgure out what the problem is.... on an old car u have a carb... distributor..,. and some simple timing and that all there is for those cars...
