Happy people are less likely to catch colds??

im a pretty happy person, i dont get colds that often, last few years iv only got a cold once. could be true.......

Ive heard being happy can heal you faster but ive never heard anthing about it preventing sickness

I know that if you're well rested you don't get sick as much... and you're also happier if you sleep more so... loose connection?
