What "WE" need is national OPT-IN list for spam, that way anyone fool that wants calls, sms or e-mails has to enter their number(s) onto the list, and after say 10 days of the list's creation, only those names, emails and numbers, on the list after 10 days, are allowed to get spam of any sort. And if you decide later that you don't want the spam anymore, you can OPT-Out of the Opt-In list.

We could even make it fair for spammers (hehehe), so that any names on the list could be contacted for 30's days, and the list would be updated every 30 days, so that a list in Jan could not be used in Feb. (just in case someone was dumb enough to actually sign up and change their minds)

Bet there wouldn't be enough names, numbers and email addresses on the OPT-IN for spam list, to fill two post it notes!

***sigh*** wish it was more than a dream.... looks at the wispy clouds, in shapes of hanged spammers, dipped in lava, as they glide by
