Did you read the contract you signed, or what?
It depends on the State you live in ;
"EARLY TERMINATION FEE
In FL, GA, SC, NC, KT, TN, MS, LA, AL, NY, and parts of IN and NJ an Early Termination Fee in the amount of $240 prorated over the term of your commitment may be assessed against you in the event that you terminate this contract before the expiration of its term. In all other areas, an Early Termination Fee of $150 may be assessed against you in the event that you terminate this contract before the expiration of its term."Would you like some cheese with that whine?

My phone is based out of Kentucky, so the termination fee would be $150... BUT, is that a flat-rate? ...or is that per phone?

The abbreviation for Kentucky is KY, and I don't see it on that list. I was not sure that KT was Kentucky.

At this point the best thing to do would be to call customer service and ask them what the fee would be. If you did decide to go through with the cancellation they would be the ones to do it anyway.Scott
