You're not retarded! I apologize, I see now they don't list your model phone on their site. At this point I'm guessing, but if I were you I'd at least try the configuration tool by selecting V600. If it doesn't work, it won't hurt anything.

Sorry I couldn't help you... Cingular is not my area of expertise but I am going to forward your question to Tony E! and he'll be able to give you some better advice than what I can. Please don't be frustrated, your problem can be solved, just not by me.

    You tried it? how exactly?

Brad you are correct with your assumption, the v620 is not listed there but for that model one needs to used the v600, same settings.

@ scythe I don't see why that configurator did not work for you, try these settings, good luck. > http://tutorials.cingular.com/tutori...x=5&tutIndex=1

    PS: good job Brad...

hmmm well got the voicemail to work... but I think that instead of sending me a notification of having a new voicemail, my phone says I have a new text-msg from a weird character and the @ symbol.... weird...

for that you have to change the voicemail number, call Cingular and have them give you the one for your area..
