Detecting a conference call? HELP!

Hi folks,

I'm new to this forum, looks great...
Because of my sensitive job I need to detect the calls that are being conferenced. I mean I want to know when I pick the phone up the other user at the end has conference feature activated or not (him with another person)!

I have nokia 6260 (unlocked) and my provider is cingular. I'm looking for a phone or a way to detect these calls.

Any help will be appreciated...
