Sorry guys. Being a software professional, it's tough for me to stomach folks propagating this sort of information... not much I can do about it, though. *sigh*

For a Popup-killer, try "The Proxomitron"... it's shonen-ware (meaning that the programmer wants you to check out a band called 'shonen'; other than that it's freeware)
any major search engine should give you the link you need

I've always been a "test drive" freak.
Many times you really don't know what you're getting as far as software goes (not meaning any disrespect to you, ZR, or any other software programmers/professionals out there).
Too many times, I've bough a nicely packaged (pretty box) proggy or application, and took it home to find out it was $(insert price here) worth of worthless, or wasn't all it was cracked up to be. With most stores return policies on software, I've be stuck with it more often than not.
The only reason I use sites like the ones mentioned here is to give the program a thorough test drive before I buy it. I strongly believe that the makers/developers deserve the money for a good product - and if I'm satisfied with the product, I'll buy it - if not, I'll uninstall it.
If you like em - buy em[.home] [.faq] [.search] [.active] [.chat] [.hitrax]
