I have some spiffy ringtones I've down loaded to my RL2500 using
SnapMedia and a no-name low priced USB cable.

SnapMedia says it can only down load 3 ringtones, not larger than 20K
    each.

Does anyone know if this is a RL2500 limitation or a SnapMedia
    limitation?

    Re: Ringtones on an RL2500.

I think it would be a limitation of the phone, not the software.

The phone has hundred's of K of memory however, so why a limit of 60K
    for Ringtones?

I don't know. Possibly that memory is taken up by the ones already
installed. In my experience I have not found any software that would make
such a limit but then again I didn't like the Snap Sync when I bought it.
    Maybe try another software package.

Thank you for replying, but I had hoped someone might know an answer,
    rather than total guess.

It must be a limitation of SnapMedia. I have 17 downloaded ringtones
on my RL2500 and have had more.

Talk about a real backhanded thank you. A guy posts and tried to help
out, and you still find a way to slip a sly insult in there. Is that
    what Jesus would do?

And to think, someone had sex with you to produce a son. Probably a
    test tube baby.

    You have to

    1. Connect Cell Phone

    2. Install USB Drivers

    3. Install SnapMedia.

but it only downloads 3 songs.
