The link on the Texas state website goes to http://www.texasnocall.com
It also lists the address in MA.

OK, good, then. With all the false Microsoft "alerts" going 'round the
web, I thought someone was trying this way, too.

Be nice if you apologized for most of your other Trolls also.

You're not an expert on Websites, or banking, and some of us dont even
think you're a Sprint expert. Just an apologist.

The domain owner may be the beneficiary of the messages sent, but that
does not prove that he sent them. The "sender" field is apparently
blank. Anyway to find out what IP address sent these messages to
    Sprint Shortmail?

It should be FREE tho...is free in every other state I'm aware of! That's
ridiculous that the state would charge for providing a service as small as
this is (in terms of cost to provide).

Re: Texas SMS SPAM on Do Not Call List

Yeah, I found that rather interesting too...Probably why they're charging
$2.25 (when other states provide it free)...And, they're not even keeping
the money charging in the State of Texas, sending it to help another states'
    economy instead...Can't figure it out!
