I have a new HP Desktop running the MS Vista Home O/S.

I also have a Blue Tooth capable Moto Razr Cell Phone on the AT & T Mobility System.

I bought an ANYCOM BLUETOOTH model # USB-250 Adapter to plug into my HP in order to be able to move pictures/vids from my phone to the computer.

The CD that came with the ANYCOM Adapter didn't have the correct Drivers for Vista loaded, so I got them off the ANYCOM Website. Now my HP has the correct drivers installed as well as all of the other ANYCOM Bluetooth software. I then shut down and restarted my computer.

I then enabled my HP to find the Cell Phone in the BLUTOOTH DEVICES Options Menu.

With the ANYCOM USB Adapter plugged into a USB 2.0 slot on the HP, I then turned on the Razr and went to:

    TOOLS>SETTINGS>CONNECTION>BLUETOOTH LINK>BLUETOOTH LOGO>HANDSFREE>(LOOK FOR DEVISE)>DEVISES FOUND>HP-DESKTOP

At that point, when I click on "HP-DESKTOP" the phone starts to seek to find the HP but then stops with the notice that:

    "SERVICE NOT SUPPORTED"

I have been working on this for 3 hours now...! I called Customer Support at ANYCOM and was on hold for 30 mins waiting for a tech before I gave up. I then called Tech Support at Motorola and could not get thru to a tech, only had to listen to the automated Blue Tooth connection tutorial which I already knew and had tried.

I hope someone here can help me to resolve this problem....I think that all 3 devices, my HP, my Moto and the Anycom adapter are all set up properly and should "Pair"....why don't they?

Thanx for any advise you can give to me!

Re: Moto Razor To HP Desktop Pairing Problem

Try a BlueSoleil dongle or USB cable and MPT
(I have BlueSoleil software but I dont know if it supports Vista)
