How do I own a Cell Phone Kiosk

Can someone help me. I have just joined this forum, but want quick information.

Are there any companies that I can buy into that have a turn key solution to own a Cell Phone Kiosk.

If not, any websites dedicated to people in the business that help others start up. I have seen several books on it, but would rather have a easy start up, then doing it all myself.

We own 15 cellular kiosks in the Southeast U.S. The best way is to partner with someone already in the business, as many of the larger malls have exclusive contracts with the cellular companies. Competition is extremely high in this industry.
