How would you rate your last CS experience?

Well, we all have service problems - let's face it. But, CS has improved over the last year or so! How would you rate your last CS experience?

I met my parents at the VZW store in Circuit City , they were going to sign up and I was going to try to give them some guidance with phones, plans, etc. I had already given my dad a few suggestions, such as a phone that would work in our area a little, etc, the sales guy( same guy that sold us our last phones) complimented me on my suggestions and the reasons for them and I said something to the effect of so what's my referral gift? And he said in three months you'll get a $25 credit on your bill and sure enough last month I got online to pay my bill and there was a $25 credit on there!!
It was great!! Honestly we have a Verizon Store and our Circuit City has a VZW koisk in it and I prefer the CC one to the store, the people at the store are always short and snotty and act like they don't have time to answer my questions but the CC people are always nice, kind and answer all my questions no matter how long it takes. That's why I told them to go to CC!!

I must be the one person in history to not have to use CS.

So therefore, I give Cingular some high marks! (but no vote here.)

honestly I don't have to use very often at all and when I do it's pretty good!

one time i talked to a cingular rep, and oh boy was he rude, and he had an annoying gay voice, i hung up on him. When i talked to lady at tmobile to activate my tmo sim, she was sweet, hope to talk to her again.

You MET your parents at a VZW dealer? I think I met mine in a hospital, but I was too young to remember...



I work at an indirect agent for VZW and because VZW doesn't trust their indirect dealers to do anything, I'm on the phone with CS at least once a day. My last experience was awful, but I can't fault the woman I was talking to. She was brand new and didn't really know what she could and couldn't do. We eventually got through it, but it was like pulling teeth for me. Overall though, my CS experiences are fast and easy.
