I hate so many people have had such problems with Cingular. My family has used Cingular for years and years. So far I can't recall any problems with them. Well except if you call them you have to stay on hold forever.

But I just got a new Motorolla V400 through Best Buy and have cingular service and through the years cingular has been good.
