Anyone got the new updates to the T-mobile sidekick? Is there going to be more songs available to download? Has anyone figured out how to add tones without going through T-mobile?

From what I read, T-Mo has removed the feature where you can send a song sound file to your self and make it a ring tone.

upload your files thru http://euploader.com on your computer, then retrieve it on your sidekick by starting up the browser and surfing to http://euploader.com/wap and entering the code and password of your uploaded file.

you can email midi's or wav's (under 17 seconds) to your sidekick and it'll play, however you cannot yet add them as ringtones.

I don't believe the Sidekick is WAP-enabled. I've been trying to go to those WAP sites forever, it just doesn't work...

the connection speed varies a lot, sometimes the webpages load real quick and other times they take forever. but when its fast..it seems a lot faster than dial up
