Hi,

I have a Alcatel One Touch Fierce 2 cell phone. I want to download drivers to my computer from the Alcatel site. It is asking me if I have a MTK platform or a Qualcomm platform, and I don't have a clue. My runs Android 4.4.2. Can anyone help me with this?

The Fierce 2 uses a Qualcomm snapdragon processor. The original uses MTK hardware, I believe.

Mr. Admin Guy, thanks for the very helpful information! I downloaded the drivers but got an error message that a file was corrupt. I called Alcatel support and they said that because I am running Windows Vista it won't work. Oh well, I guess its about time to upgrade to at least 7.
