Okay, about 6 months ago, my mommy upgraded her service, and added me and my brother to her plan. We pay $80 for 3 lines and 900 minutes. We have Dobson CellularOne. And the service sucks in PA. And they charge us $30 in taxes and surecharges, and our bill has never been under $120. We want to switch to Verizon. But she signed a gay ass 2 year contract! Here are my questions:

1) What will our cellular company do if we want out of the contract?

2) Can my mom drop mine and my brother's lines, and upgrade her service to EVO and pay like, $10 a month, while we go get Verizon??

3)Or can my mom drop mine and my brother's lines, and transfur the plan to someone else? Like a family member?

Please please please help!

My only answer to #1 is, they will charge you a termination fee. Its like $135 or something per phone. So you might have to consider that. If you guys really really want out, then pay the fee and move to Verizon.

Two, well you might be able to do that but, I really doubt it. Once your on a contract your in and you can't pull out. You should ask them, they can give you options.

Haha well we have 3 lines too. But now I guess T-Mobile is taking over Cell One, so would our contract be up?
