Is there a phone like the motorola droid?

Is there a phone with similar specs to the droid but with a much better plan?
For the Unlimited plan on the droid, it's extremely expensive...like 3.5k per 2 yrs on contract...
On sprint it's only 100$ per month unlimited everything =/...
So, back to my original question, is there a phone with similar specs to the Motorola Droid, but on a better calling plan?
