Just bought the USB data cable and required disc, and when I installed it on PC, it asked for options of model. v547 wasn't listed (although it is supposed to be compatible), so I entered 500 (cable has a sticker with v500). Seemed to load OK, and I can transfer video from phone to PC, but can't transfer pictures from phone to PC. (although I can do it PC to phone!). I try to open "pictures" on phone menu for transfer, but get the message "ERROR ON LINE 28, POSITION 18" and a small box stating, "Whitespace is not allowed at this location". Any suggestions please? I am using Windows XP.
