    Hello Everyone:

    I have a nextel i95cl and have had it for about 5 years. Nextel has 'changed' the way its members receive text messages. The phone now prompts me to check/send/recieve messages from the messaging center, however, this messaging center is different from the newer nextel phones. I used to receive texts from the "net alerts" button, but now i can not.

    Any suggestions??

    How do you do a Master Reset? I have reloaded the browser before by holding down the 'menu' key, but I do not think this is what you mean.

    Hit menu>settings>advanced>connectivity>master reset

    The code should be all 000000

    I did the Master Reset...

    Everything looks pretty much the same, what exactly does this reset?

    The best advise i can give you is to upgrade to a newer model phone trust you will be glad you did.

    Hey...I just did the master reset and it worked! Thanks... I have seen the new phone models and they do seem to be much easier to work with. Guess i'm just going to have to upgrage!
