itemised billing issues help!

hi everyone
i have a huge issue with itemised billing as it shows which ever number i call, because of this and the fact that my father can see every number i text and call im actually worried as he has tried getting in touch with my friends without me knowing just to either find out where i am or to snoop (i know, pathetic right!)

i just want help with how to get around this and avoid getting tracked
i am on contract and the only problem here is that he took the contract out for me.

if there could possibly be a way to change the details so i can view the itemised billing i think that would be good.. and also how often/when is the itemised billing available to view?
is it immediate or do you have to wait for the end of the month?

If your carrier allows you to pay online then you can ask them to stop sending the phone bill or you can just change the address to your friend's place. I am afraid I don't have any better ideas coming up in my head right now.

Oh you can go for Pay as you go plan , as well.
