I just got a usb data transfer cable from raido shack from "futuredial" cable 3, for my samsung a670 and i cant find any drivers for it or have a program to move the files with. also i took a picture with it and for no reason at all it will only show the top left of it zoomed in to what looks like 8x very confusing. i'm off to college in a few days so if any one can help me out real quick it would be greatly appreciated.

    Try cellphonemall:

I got my cable here for $14.95. They post the drivers and installation instructions.

    USB Data Cable - Samsung A530 / A650 / A670 / A680 / A610

They also sell the sync and picture downloading software with the cable included for $44.95

    Data Pilot USB - Samsung A530 / A610 / A650 / A670 / A680

I have downloaded the software for my a670 from the samsung site. After running the software, it does not detect my phone at all. Does anyone have any advice? From what I've read on this board is that it is pretty easy and straight forward to add pictures, ringtones for this phone. Unfortunately not for me.

if you're using the USB version of the cable for the easygprs, then you will need to run the GPRS setup wizard and tell it that you have a modem on COM4 that is called samsung.. after that then you can just plug the phone in and it will work

ok i got pclink 2000 and i guess i installed cable wrong. What software should i use to install the usb data cable for a a670 on windows 2000? Ive tried everything, but no matter what when i plug phone in it shuts off (and can only be turned back on if i take battery out) and I have yet to see evidence that i installed the cable correctly. All it says is
usb data cable (comm3) in device manager. If anyone can help me get this to work ill send you some ringtones, or wallpaper of something i just got a 20,000 plug ringtones, 5,000 wallpaper, 100 game cd off ebay.
