help with samsung sch-v122

hi
i have 2 problems with the phone
1. after i connect the phone to the pc using the usb cable it says new hardware found and asks if i want to find the driver in the internet
i click yes then it makes a search and it doesnt find anything
so i need the driver for the phone

2. i downloaded the program pclink2003 but i cant see something on it to transfer songs from the pc to the phone
so anyone knows a program which allows to transfer songs to sch-v122 (picture attached) ?
