This may seem like a strange question but is there any way to dismantle the volume button on the Samsung t259? My grandmother is 90 and this is the most basic phone from T-mobile that we could find but when she talks on the phone she holds the sides where the vol button is and ends up turning the ringer off. Is there a way to fix the vol on high? Everytime she calls someone she turns the ringer off and then misses calls until one of us go by her place and turn the ringer back on. Any suggestions would be great.

If you really wanted to I'm sure you could just take the button out of the phone housing after setting it on high. You'll probably need a set of tiny screwdrivers. The screws are sometimes under rubber or stickers which you can take off with a pin.
