Is it possible to block or disguise my cellphone number on my monthly bill?

What do you mean? You do not want your own phone number to appear on your own monthly bill, or other people's monthly bills???
To block other people from seeing your number, try to find the Caller ID settings on your phone and select Hide Caller ID.

what do u mean disguise your number? if you mean, you want to make calls to people without having your number show up on their caller id, you can block your number on a call by call basis, by pressing *67 BEFORE u place the call. so for example it would be *67-555-555-5555... OR do you mean completely BLOCK your number permanantly so u dont have to complete the *67 process every single call u make, you can call TMOBILE and tell them to make your phone number PRIVATE...it should be free to do this BUT do NOT take me word for it as i am a NEW customer with TMO myself but comming from sprint, its free to do this... hope this helps

ooh, no.. there is NO way to do that..BUT, if ur trying to avoid someone else seeing it, u can apply for paperless billing. What that is, is a email sent to your email account that lets u know that ur bill is ready, where u log into tmobile and collect ur account info, bill total, current minutes used, etc. its the same thing as a paper bill, without being mailed to ur house and etc. i dont think the #s u call are listed with paperless billing, BUT im not sure about that. i know with sprint, it wasnt listed.

i do not want some of the numbers i call to appear on my bill. there are prying eyes who view my bill.

You can get paperless billing, and no bill will come to your house. You'll receive an email when your bill is ready to be viewed.
With paperless billing, your billing details are still listed on my-tmobile. However, only you should know the password to log in. Also, you should change your password about every 3 months.
There is no way to stop only certain numbers from showing up on your bill. You can, though, stop ALL numbers from showing up on your bill. Call customer care and ask to have detailed billing removed from your account. You'll only receive a summary of your bill, without all the calling details.

Just a few things for you to think about cannibal...
As the others have said, getting rid of detailed billing and going to paperless billing, will allow you to "hide" whatever it is you must hide from whomever is snooping.
Might also be time for you to change passwords and even put a password or pass phrase on all your accounts, banking, credit cards, cell phone, etc, so that the "snoop" can't find out other things. This way only you can get info, make changes about any accounts.
The nice thing about making these changes is, there is no easy way for them to ask you why the changes have been made, without admitting that they have been snooping. "Oh honey I noticed that phone numbers no longer show up on the phone bill, I need Aunt Betty's phone number from last week, and it's not on any of the recent phone bills mailed to the house/online anymore"... "I deleted her on my phone, can I see your phone... I think I called her with it last week when I couldn't find mine."
And if the "snoop" has access to your phone, you'd best be having those "special numbers", commited to the memory ...in your head, rather than the phone. This also means cleaning out the incoming and outgoing call logs on the phone as well. otherwise your "prying eyes snoop", is going to know , time, date and phone number of all calls just by "borrowing" your phone to make a quick call or to hear a ring tone, once they discover they can't see any more phone bills in hand or online.
Prying eyes, tend to get VERY creative when they start getting their wings clipped.
And lastly, if you really need to be undercover when making calls, get a prepaid phone and use that and ONLY that, to make those "special calls". On second thought, that might just be one more way for you to slip up!

how about if you just be honest and if you want to be with someone else then leave don't sneek around

My sister and I we're planning a surprise birthday party for our mother. We had to keep our phones on silent and talk in a different part of the house so that mom wouldn't hear us talking to our other relatives about plans for the surprise.

d3adeyes, when people snoop, they don't always have to be someone you are involved with. They can often be family members, friends or roommates, that for whatever reasons, can't help but to go through your bills. Or the above may have something against a mutual friend (or ex-friend as the case might be). Some people get bent out of shape, just knowing that you are still friends with someone they don't like.
So the "Prying Eyes Snooper" might be someone that's being cheated on, or just might be someone that's being a bit more interested in the original poster's life than they have a right to be.
I had a problem like this with a former roommate. There was no reason for this person to be looking at my bills or going through my mail even if it was already opened. The excuse was pretty much always, "Oh I thought it was my mail."
Of course with the mail sitting opened or sealed on my bed, in my room, labled with my name, I personally found it a bit hard to see how they "Thought" it was their mail. Solved the problem by moving my bills online and getting a near by PO box, so that my mail didn't accidently get mixed up with the roomies mail.
And once something ended up stolen, I had had enough and got the police involved and kicked that roomie out. Mistakes I can forgive, and may even give you the binifit of a doubt, but when you get caught redhanded stealing or snooping, you're outta there.
