Network setting; fast vs. medium etc?

I just got a RAZR under TMobile and am wondering what the network setting fast and medium, etc. are? Is this just for data services or does it affect voice quality or what?

i am GUESSING its how fast your data is sent and recieved, i would leave that be until you find out from a professional, you could ask RRodriques, hes really nice and works for tmobile, as far as i know. dont change it until u know for sure tho, cause u mite mess something up, even if it seems like one thing, it could infact be for something TOTALLY insignificant to what u orignally thought!! I will try to find out for you, though. Give me an hour or so to research it. You said its under 'Network settings"? Just so i can be sure im asking the right question. If i cant find it on here, i am going to call tmobile personally and ask.. ill post back soon and let u know the results of my search!
