    Well after MANY posts and arguements defending Sprint and their services, ive had a HUGE change of mind. Let me tell you why.

    Ive been with Sprint since July. Ive always payed my bills BEFORE they were due WITH credit. So if my bill was 80.00 id pay 90.00! Always. Well, turns out, they slammed my account 45.00! for what, u ask? Oh, let me u tell u this insanity!! My service was interupted so i called sprint and explain, i just paid 80.00 EVEN at a payment MACHINE on Jan 19th. This woman RUDELY tells me, i did not. I say, listen, i have the receipt and the rep who actually DID it for me cause i never used the payment machine for fear of THIS exactly! So basically, this woman starts talking OVER me as i am saying please put your manager on. Finally, i say shut up and LISTEN to me! why am i charged all this money almost 150.00 when my bill is NEVER over 80.00! She explains to me that 36.00 was a ESN swap cause i BOUGHT a NEW cell phone for 450.00 Dec 9th! I said okay, why are u charging me for an esn swap when those are FREE? and she says, it was a system error. Okay, why do i have to pay for YOUR companys mistake? Furthermore, why isnt my payment POSTED, its been well over the 2 hours MAXIMUM that it takes to post! She then continues to tell me that i was charged 5.00 for downloads. My plan comes with 5.00 FREE downloads a month. meaning i get 2 free ringtones a month, 2.50 a peice! So, after a long ARGUEMENT, she credits my account back the 5.00 as she sees i am rite, and credits me back the 40 for the esn swap cause again, i am right. Then she says they are charging me 100 for MARCH;s bill!!! okay, i didnt even get FEB's bill yet, how can u charge me for a bill 2 months IN ADVANCE?!?!??!?!?! she sees i am rite.. after a while, they fix the error, which i believe stems from using that payment machine, which i NEVER used before and never will again!!! So, my service was put back on and i am SO THANKFUL i got Tmobile! Ive had a little itty bitty problem with them my first couple days i was with them, which was fixed, quickly. Its only ONE customer rep out of what, a million or so? So i cant knock the ENTIRE company for ONE reps attitude and bad behaviors! Some poeple just shouldnt work for the public and that rep, is one of them.
    I still have sprint and the phone, now i am working on canceling their service out and having Tmobile permantly...
    Welcome to me!! =)

    so, has anyone else ever had a bad experience with Reps? With ANY company,???

    ussualu if u get rude on a t mobielre p they hang up on you. ive never had to worry about it though
    t mobile keeps screwing me over!! but i cant help but stay loyal to the best CS around

    If you haven't used it before, how is it that you will not use it again? It seems to me that the Sprint payment machine would be safer because you are entering your information and not someone else, like a rep. who can accidently misstype the mobile # you give them.

    well, u misunderstood.. i said i DID use the payment machine and that was why my payment was messed up and i refuse to use a machine again. i like the rep doing it, theres LITTLE chance of them doing that because they ask for ur adress AND name and social BEFORE putting the payment, where as the machine, asks for your # ONLY and u can EASILY slip and put the wrong #... thats the diffrence

    I'll admit, I've made that mistake before. The customer came back a week later. If the customer would not have kept her receipt, there would have been nothing I could have done. I certainly would not have taken her word for it, people walk in all the time saying they've made a payment but have no reciept. I was able to get the payment corrected.

    Another thing that happens is that a customer has two different account numbers. Account number IS NOT the same as cell phone number. Sometimes a customer wants to pay one account, but the payment mistakenly gets applied to the other account.

    Mistakes do happen fellas. It's unfortunate to inconvenience the customer, but we do need the customer's help in fixing mistakes. Most customers are very cooperative and understanding, so I'd like to say thanks to all of you and thanks for the helpful information you post on this site.
