New to the forum, so I'm not sure if this topic belongs here or somewhere else, if it does belong somewhere else I appologize and hope it gets moved to the apporpiate place!
Anyway, I just recieved my RAZR V3c phone yesterday, playing around with it and I noticed that I can't seem to send text messages, I mean I have tried, I've tried to send some to my bud who was in the same room just to confirm whether it was recieved or not.
I don't know what it is i'm doing wrong, so please if anyone can run me pretty much step by step on what needs to be done I'd greatly apperciate it.

And yes text messaging is part of the plan I'm on, it says I have the first 2 months free unlimited text messaging within the US and Canada.
