The other day, I took off my faceplate to clean the screen. Now that
I've put my faceplate back on... I cannot hear anything when I make or
receive calls. Eveything else on my phone works fine. (except for the
vibrator, which stopped working awhile ago) I can call people and they
can call me but neither of us can hear anything. I was wondering if I
lost something when I removed the faceplate. Since I noticed that
there seems to be parts in the faceplate that connect to the phone.
Please give me any ideas you might have as to what I can do and how it
can be fixed. Thank you! I've taken the faceplate off several times
before and never had any problems.
