What's this all about?

Hi peeps,

I've got an 02 sim in my Nokia, and it's one of the free text ones..
Right, here we go.

I've just seen an item on ebay which says "Get 300 free texts on your o2
PAYT sim without topping up every month"

I do notice that if i keep the phone turned off most of the time, and only
have it on when i'm texting or talking, then it can be 2 or 3 months before
my texts "run out". Is it something to do with this?

Anyone have any info on this?

The mobile phone network O2 here in the UK distributed SIM cards which, if
you topped up monthly, would give you unlimited free texts.
Then, after a while, it was dropped to 1200 free, then 600, then 300...
So, in theory, yep.

The only problem being, that the SIM must have credit added every month...
