Hello all.

I have a problem with a 3510 and was wondering if anyone here could
help or point me in the right direction.

My 15yo daughter decided to change the PIN number in her 3510
yesterday, promptly forgot what she had changed it to, and then went
to the O2 website, typed in the sim number and the imei number and got
a PUK code. So far so good.

However, when she now switches the phone on, it does the following

1) asks for the pin (ok, know what this is now)
2) shows the startup text
3) blanks all of the screen and turns the greeny yellowy screen lights
off
4) then if you press a key, it asks you to input the time, and then
turns does step 3 again!

It's as though the phone is off but it clearly isn't because when you
push a key it asks you to input the tiime

Most baffling!

Would it be possible to get the phone flashed or something like that?

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
