And I have a right to inform people of what a crappy company Sprint PCS is
when you have a real problem, just like you and some of the others keep
posting that customer service is improving OVER AND OVER.

The fact that they are trolling for an argument. If you haven't been
reading their posts for the past month, you won't understand my initial
response. As to the Consumer Code argument, noone has been able to post
a location to read the Code point that Phillipe brought up. And this is
his fourth or fifth ID in the last month to get by many killfiles.
