A Virtual Private Server (VPS) is based on the virtualization principle, which divides a single physical server or host server into many virtualized environments. This is accomplished via a hypervisor application. Each VPS server works in the same way as a dedicated server, but with a set of resources. Unlike shared hosting, which uses a single IP address for all websites on the same server, each VPS server has its IP address. This results in total isolation from one another, with one website's traffic flow and security problems having no bearing on the other websites hosted on the same server.

A VPS service normally comes in two flavours, Managed VPS and Unmanaged VPS, depending on how much control you desire over your server. Unmanaged VPS Hosting places the entire server management burden on the client. The hosting provider is responsible for the server's availability, while the website owner is responsible for everything else, from configuration to application installation. However, this is best suited for persons who have a thorough understanding of server administration. Managed VPS Hosting is a haven for the rest of us.

Due to virtualization features, most Android emulators do not work on VPS . If you try to install an Android emulator on a VPS, you know how hard it is to find an Android emulator that works on a VPS. As far as I know, BlueStacks is the most popular and frequently used android vps software. BlueStacks is perfect for playing games and running other android applications. It allows you to run multiple applications at the same time without interruption.
