Can my local dealer view my bill?

I was just curious to know if the people that work at your local authorized dealer can view the detail on your Cingular cell phone bill?...Or can they pretty much just see what service/features you have? I know if you call Cingular customer service they can see any and everything, just wondering if my local authorized dealer (in the mall or something) can view the details on my bill. (text messages, incoming calls, ect). Thanks!

If you are talking about going into a Cingular walk in store, then the answer is yes, they can even print out a copy for you if you like. If you are talkin about one of those Cell Kiosk in the malls, don't know. I know that they can at Radio Shack as I heard a couple of the guys at one of the local RS talking about checking his Cingular bill on the computer (at the checkout), and having to call CS to get something corrected. Now can they or will they for customers that come into a Radio Shack, no telling.

For Cingular indirect dealers, what we can see is limited and not detailed. We're able to see basic information, just to do basic service functions. We don't see your social security or who you call.

We can only see completed past bills, not what your current month is doing...

If you have any issues with your bill, I would advise going to a corporate Cingular store.
