Ringtones for v600

What type of file can v600 download in the phone? I already try to put a mp3 song but after theres a lot of lag in the phone anyone has tried yet?

I first tried to transfer mp3's and they didn't work, but when i cut down an mp3 to just a smaller section like the chorus of the song or the beggining using a program such as audacity or another mp3 modifier, they then transferred fine and play fine on my v600. ALso, try the site
