Anyway, hundereds of people have downloaded mobile phone tools from us and very few have problems as it's quite easy to get working (PST is harder).
Firstly, make sure you have installed the USB driver first. Also, make sure (as specified clearly in the readme file supplied with mobile phone tools) that your copy of windows is fully patched up with all the latest updates. This will help avoid any problems.
Make sure you follow the guides on our site exactly, and if you're still having problems do a search of www.howardforums.com (they had a bit of trouble last week, but they're back now) as it really is an excellent resource.

iwffan I have the v300 which I hear is a very similar phone what I do is e-mail the pics to my phone I use vstuff and haven't had a problem with them at all but the best way to find out you phones e-mail address is to send an e-mail to yourself aol hotmail whatever it will say who it's from (your e-mail address) just send the pic to your phone as an attachment watch out though I use tomobile and they charge me for a picture message everytime and some mail servers won't allow certain types of file extension post in here if you have any ? or just pm me you don't need wap to do this

I've said it once, and I'll say it again - we provide the software as-is. We didn't write the software, and we know the software works. It has worked for many hundreds of people from our site, including ourselves, and thousands more who have obtained the software elsewhere.
To say you've been "ripped-off" because you're too thick/lazy to work your phone is ridiculous.
