    Take a picture of the person or upload it on to your blackberry.

    Next go to contacts

    Find your Contact

    Click the Menu button (BB Logo) and click Edit

    Go down to Photo

    Click on Photo and click add photo

    Browse your picture and you're good to go

    Or, just go to the picture on your BB, menu button, set as caller id.
