Im thinking of getting an Unlocked Sidekick 3. I've heard that switching SIM cards will work but I just wanna be sure that I wont end up having a bunch of extra charges or anything. I want an opinion of someone who's bought an unlocked phone and if they had to pay extra on their bill or anything. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks

I haven't been hit with any extra charges so far and I have an AT&T phone on my line.

I can't see why you would pay extra charges. I was a wireless customer service agent and the only thing they might give you a hard time with is setting in the phone. They may say because it's not "our" phone we can't help with the setting.

    I'm positive you wont.

I use different phones all the time.

ITs like using the IPhone in Canada, no extra charges.

Yeah i work for Rogers, you should be fine as long as its a GSM phone, (At&t, Cingular, T-mobile etc) they won't levy any additional fees other then the system access fee (6.95) and the 911 emergency fee (.50) but those are standard fees anyway
