Putting music on Sanyo Incognito

I like this phone it is a nice user friendly phone. I just got it a week ago and like having it. I read alot of reviews before i chose it and was well informed of how it worked but was surprised to find that you cant text on the front display unless im completely wrong? haha but my main question is i want to put music from my windows media player on my computer onto the phone and it did not come with a disc? Iv always had verizon and it was simple with V cast but now i am kind of lost can anyone explain it to a simple minded person like myself how and if it is possible? haha
