I'm looking to transfer from Verizon to Cingular and was looking at Sony Ericsson phones. It seems like the two I looked (w820i and w300i) at has only 9 speed dial locations. I need more than that. Does any other model have 99 like some of the LGs in addition to having a camera and being a music phone? Sorry if this is such a basic question. I don't know much about Sony Ericsson since Verizon don't carry them. Thanks

Re: Sony Ericsson and speed dialing
Ooooh, I have a Sony Ericsson W810i and I love it - it's a Cingular phone and a little on the expensive side but it only has the 9 speed dial settings too. I was a little bummed about that but the other features it has make up for the lack of numbers. I use the 2.0 Mega pixel camera all the time and it makes great short movies when I'm on the go. I've not had much experience with LGs but I'm pretty sure some Samsungs offer the dialing you're looking for.

Re: Sony Ericsson and speed dialing
Thanks
Is there a limitation on how many voice dialing numbers you can have? I thought I have read 30 but I have read about so many phones recently, I may be wrong on that. If I can have bascially unlimited voice dialing numbers, that could make up for it.
How is the FM radio? Is it like having a regular walkman.

Re: Sony Ericsson and speed dialing
I don't use the voice dialing often but I haven't reached a cap yet with mine - I have about 30 something set with voice dial. The FM Radio isn't bad but you need the headphones to use it. I mainly depend on the MP3 Player for everything. The tuner is digital and you can set up presets for your favorite stations. One thing I love is that the headset piece comes apart and you can hook up your phone to your car cd player if you have the right extensions.
