Re-activating a phone?

So I have an old phone from an old contract and I want to re-activate. I want to use the phone like pay as you go. How do i do that? is it even possible? if so how much do you think it will cost me?

you can only re-activate you line if it is with in 90 days or your number will be recycled and all fido dollars will be gone after that point
