And has there been any other bluetooth Motorola's between the T280i and the
current VXXX series?

IIRC the 280i was part of Motorola's 2002 product line but was only
distributed in UK, South Africa, and ... er ... Italy.

Don't think there were any Bluetooth models in between. Then again, even
the 280i was not really a Bluetooth phone as shipped; you had to buy a
separate module which attached in place of the rear battery cover.
