    Hello,

I have a Nokia 7650 since 1,5 year and now I would like to use the
Bluetooth function, I cannot "Unable to start a bluetooth operation".

Does anybody know if I have to reset the phoe in order to re-establish the
functionnality, or is it due to the firmware version.

    Nota :
    - I don't know how to get my firmware version
    - I don't know how to reset the phone

    Thanks for your help.

Shouldn't be necessary to reformat your phone or upgrade your
    firmware.

Your problem is most likely a proper com port.

Install your Bluetooth software first and establish a connection this
might require you to check every com port allowed. Then install your
    PC Suite.

All that said, I have Bluetooth setup on a computer and it works fine.
Yet on another computer I can't get bluetooth off com port 0 (Zero)
and nothing will work with it there.

    Hello,

    I think I forgot an information !

The message I've decribed is not on my PC but on my phone !!!
Message : "Unable to start a bluetooth operation"
So I don't think that the problem comes from my PC configuration.

    Firmware version : V 3.16 15-08-02 NHL-2NA
    S/N : 350774 108 161858

Thank U for you answer. I hope these information added will let people help
    me complementary.

    Thanks.
